Before I begin, let me first off start by saying that everything I write about regarding spirituality/manifestation or God are my own beliefs and are my reality. I hope that it should go without saying; what's right for me might not be right for you, so take what I say here at face value and choose if something resonates with you otherwise leave the thought alone.
So what is manifestation?
By now you're probably already familiar with the term to some degree, it's often a word tossed around with no concept of how key to life the concept actually is. The term is so broad, but I've tried to answer this in one paragraph below;
Manifestation is the process of bringing thoughts, beliefs, and desires into reality through focus, intention, and alignment with the universe. It’s about consciously creating your life by directing your energy toward what you want to experience.
Is it real?
Easy answer is Yes! it absolutely is
The key thing I found with this question was that I would always question everything and by that I mean everything! I also noticed that the more I focused on the IF it's real, the more I noticed no change in what I was "trying" to manifest.
So the simple answer is yes it's real, but sometimes when you're so far into the undesirable state, it can seem like it's absolutely unachievable in anyway shape or form especially if you're state is looking at the 3D environment to change in some magical devine way (this can happen but it's not likely going to be the case)
How do I manifest?
This question is one of the hardest but also one of the easiest, it depends on your viewpoint.
There are several methods to name a few but there's no limit:
- Affirmations
- Meditation
- Journal-ling
- Vision Boards
- Imagining it real
- Living in the end
- Hypnosis
- SATS (State akin to sleep)
- What would it feel like if?
Keep an eye on the Manifestation category where I'll aim to talk about this in more depth on different aspects and topics.

I would always like to remind you though, the views around this subject are my own and may not resonate with you. I would ask that if this is the case, you take what information you find useful and leave the rest.
Help I cant ........
The world is a mirror, forever reflecting what you are doing, within yourself. - Neville Goddard
If you understand the above quote you know the answer already is within, put your ego mind aside and go to source for the answer.
You can read, re-read as many times as you want but ultimately you need to go within to get the answers you seek. I say this from experience and trust me, when the answers start coming you'll wonder why you ever entertained a doubting thought ever again.
